“Freedom is not just about independence; it is about self-discovery and self-realisation.”

St. John international school primary section celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour on 5th August, 2025. The day was celebrated by a series of vibrant activities that engaged students from all grades, fostering a sense of national pride and cultural awareness. The celebrations began with a special morning assembly emphasising the significance of this eventful day.  Various engaging activities were held across all grades, ensuring that every student had the opportunity to participate and contribute to the Independence Day celebrations. The school donned a colourful look as students and staff dressed in traditional attire representing the myriad cultures of India.

The Independence Day activities at St. John International School not only celebrated the spirit of freedom but also deepened the students’ understanding of India’s rich history, culture, and values. The diverse range of activities provided a holistic learning experience, fostering a sense of pride and unity among all participants. Our school will be celebrating Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour on 5th August, 2025.
