Report on the Activity: A one-day seminar and training program on Mental Wellness and Well-Being was organized for the teaching staff to promote awareness about emotional health, stress management, and positive mental well-being in the school environment. The seminar was conducted by resource person Miss. Yogeeta Khanna and Miss. Anita Sharma, who guided the participants through various informative and interactive sessions. The seminar aimed to help teachers understand the importance of maintaining mental wellness while managing professional responsibilities. The training session included expert talks, interactive discussions, mindfulness activities, and practical strategies for coping with stress and maintaining emotional balance. Teachers actively participated in group activities and shared their experiences regarding classroom challenges and personal well-being.
