On 18th February 2025, St. John International School, Palghar, celebrated Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti, marking the birth anniversary of the great Maratha warrior, Shivaji Maharaj. The event was held with much enthusiasm and respect to honor the legacy of the legendary king and his contributions to the nation.
To create awareness in the young minds of the children regarding the valiant Maratha warrior and to honour the Great leader of this nation, the Principal lit the lamp and offered the garland to the photo of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The event featured various performances and activities that showcased the courage, leadership, and achievements of Shivaji Maharaj. Students of Std VI to VIII enthusiastically participated in a Skit,Dance and Singing.
The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, where gratitude was expressed towards the students, staff and organizing committee for their dedication and enthusiastic participation. The speech encouraged students to embrace the values of leadership, discipline, and respect, inspired by the life of Shivaji Maharaj.
