The eye is one of the major and integral organs of the human body by which we can visualize the beauty of nature. So, it is the duty of everyone to take care of our eyes and regularly visit the specialist for their check-up. But due to ignorance and lack of care many people suffer
St John International School always takes initiative and gives primary importance to children’s wellbeing and good health. One such initiative was the eye check-up camp
organised in the school premises on Tuesday and Wednesday 21st April 2026 and 22nd April 2026 to check the eyesight of the students belonging to grade I to XII. The checkup started at 8:30 AM and lasted till 3:30 PM. The eyesight was checked by ophthalmologist Dr. Anand Kurdukar. The students who were found to have weak eyesight were advised for further investigation by the doctor.
The event was a fruitful one as many students benefited from the eye check-up and the timely intervention of the school helped them to focus on their studies in a better manner. The event helped the students to prevent the further deterioration of their eyesight
