GK Quiz Competition

An Inter – house GK Quiz Competition was organised by St. John International School, Palghar.
The competition was conducted in two sessions i.e. Grade IV to VI and Grade VII to X. Each house group had 3 members each. There were different rounds such as MCQs, Category round, where each house had the option to choose any one of either Science & Technology or World around us. The buzzer round, rapid fire and spell the word were also included. The aim of the competition was to test the learner’s knowledge about current affairs and awareness of world events.
Ruby house and Sapphire house bagged the first and second positions for Grade VII to X whereas in Grade IV to VI, Emerald won the first position and Ruby, second.
It was a unique way of creating interest and love for reading books to gain knowledge .
