The campus of St. John International School, Palghar came alive with excitement, enthusiasm, and festivity on 7th August 2026 as it proudly hosted M4 Fest – Interschool Competition 2026. With the inspiring theme “Future Forward – Empowering Young Minds for Tomorrow,” the event brought together 16 schools and 307 students on a common platform to celebrate talent, creativity, knowledge, confidence, and expression.

M4 Fest, comprising Melody, Moves, Master Orator, and Mastermind, provided students with opportunities to explore their potential, demonstrate their skills, and experience the spirit of healthy competition.

INAUGURAL CEREMONY

The inaugural ceremony commenced at 10.30 a.m. with a warm welcome and the Campus Anthem, followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp. A vibrant Welcome Dance by the students of St. John International School added a festive touch to the occasion.

Sr. Veena Monteiro, Principal of St. John International School, warmly welcomed all the participating schools, students, esteemed judges, and guests. Mr. Aldridge D’Souza, Member of the Trust, addressed the gathering and highlighted the importance of nurturing young minds by fostering creativity, confidence, knowledge, and essential skills to empower them for a bright and successful future.

A CELEBRATION OF TALENT AND INTELLECT

The day featured four exciting segments, each showcasing a unique talent:

Melody: Students captivated the audience with melodious singing and confident performances. We were delighted to have Ms. Tania Roy and Aditya Katkar, esteemed artists, join us as judges for Sur Malhar.

Moves: Participants showcased their creativity, rhythm, coordination, and energetic dance performances. The judges for this event were Mr.Vivek Sonar and Ms. Pranjal Gharat

Master Orator: Young speakers expressed their ideas with clarity, confidence, and conviction. The Judges for the event were

 Sr. Delcina Louis and Mr. Antony Pator for category 1

Dr. Eknath Dodhu Patil and Mrs. Purba Gilani for category 2

Mrs. Beatrice Lobo and Mrs. Suchita Gharat for category 3

 Mastermind: The quiz tested knowledge, logical thinking, quick recall, and presence of mind.

Each competition reflected the students’ talent, dedication, enthusiasm, and healthy competitive spirit.

VALEDICTORY CEREMONY AND PRIZE DISTRIBUTION

The Valedictory and Prize Distribution Ceremony commenced at 1.00 p.m. with a special performance by the students of St. John International School, followed by the Vote of Thanks and announcement of results. The winners were felicitated with trophies and certificates for their outstanding performances. The event concluded with the National Anthem.

CHAMPIONSHIP TROPHY

The prestigious Championship Trophy was awarded to St. Mary’s High School, Dahanu, in recognition of their outstanding overall performance across the various competitions. The achievement was celebrated with enthusiastic applause and marked a proud moment for the school.
