St John International school believes in instilling values into the young minds. 14 August is observed as martyrs day – Hutatma Diwas in Palghar region. To observe and salute the brave martyrs Govind Thakur, Kashinath Pagdare,Ramprasad Tevari, Sukur More and Ramchandra Churi, the students and teachers put in their heart and soul and presented an awe inspiring role play and speech depicting the importance of Hutatma Chawk and the importance of observing Martyrs Day in Palghar on 14 August. The students of Grade I were dressed up as the brave martyrs and a pyramid was formed to demonstrate Hutatma Chawk at Palghar.
The special assembly ended with the Principal’s motivational words and encouraging urging students to show patriotism and bravery in every walk of life and always be prepared to serve the nation.
