Observation of Vigilance Awareness Week
The Vigilance Awareness Week is observed every year across India to promote integrity in public life and achieve a corruption free society.
St. John International School observed the Vigilance Awareness Week from 27th October, 2020 to 2nd November, 2020 to mark the birthday of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and to bring social awareness among the students. The theme for this year was ‘Satark Bharat, Samriddh Bharat’ (Vigilant India, Prosperous India)’.
Activities were conducted online to sensitize students and staff about the various wrong practices and how one should be vigilant. Students took oath with full integrity. The objective of the programme was to stop corruption in future and make the students honest and responsible citizens of India.
Thirty five out of 44 students of Grade X and XI and 44 staff members participated in the same. The banner on Vigilance Awareness Week was also uploaded on the School’s Website.
