Report on the Activity:
St. John International School organized a Rakhi Making and Art/Craft Activity on 13th August 2026 to celebrate the spirit of Raksha Bandhan and Independence Day. The activity aimed to encourage creativity, artistic expression, and a sense of patriotism among the students.
Students of Classes VI–VII participated in a theme-based Rakhi Making Activity. They showcased their creativity by designing colourful and innovative rakhis using various decorative materials.
Students of Classes VIII–IX participated in an Art and Craft Activity, where they created a Freedom Wall featuring inspiring quotes and Independence Day-themed bookmarks. The activities provided students with an opportunity to express their patriotic feelings through art and creativity.
The activities were conducted enthusiastically in the respective classrooms under the guidance of the teachers. Students actively participated and displayed great imagination, creativity, and teamwork.
The activity concluded on a positive note, leaving the students with a sense of joy, creativity, patriotism, and celebration of our rich cultural values.
Conclusion:
The Rakhi Making and Art/Craft Activity was a successful initiative that combined creativity with the values of love, unity, brotherhood, and patriotism.
