Science Fest 2020

‘The greatest invention of every century is the invention of method of invention.’ To incalculable the value of scientific temperament among the students, Science Fest was held in the campus at Inter-School level and Jr. College level. More than fifty participants from around twenty schools of Palghar district participated in this mega competition. The participants with their varied exhibits confidently exhibited and spoke on their model. The theme of ‘Science Fest’ was – Sustainable development in the field of agriculture.

School level Science Fest proves to be a great platform for students and for the presentation of their talent. It boosts the confidence of the students and outshines their personality. The winners in the school section were – Don Bosco School – Boisar (First), Zilla Parishad School -Navli (Vevoor) and St John International School (Third). All the participants and participating schools were awarded with the participation certificate during the Prize Distribution Ceremony.

In the Prize Distribution Ceremony, Dr. (Mrs.) Savita Tauro encouraged the students to develop a scientific fervor and an attitude of research mindedness so that they develop the qualities of analytical and critical thinking. Finally everyone bid adieu with a sense of satisfaction and better hope for the next year.
