A Science fest was conducted in St. John International School, on a large scale on 25th & 26th January 2019. 14 schools with 21 projects had enrolled for participation in this fest. The theme for the Science fest was “Scientific Solution for Challenges in Life”. Every school had put in their best effort in presenting their best models to face the tough competition. The judges for the event were Dr. Ajit Kumar and Mrs. Anita Chaudhary from the science faculty. Prizes were given to the winners soon after the judgment.
Sir J.P. International School won the first prize for their project titled “Multidimensional Waste Management Power Plant”. Students confidentially presented themselves in front of everyone. Second prize was won by St. John International School project titled “Aquaphonics”. Third prize was won by CTES School, Boisar project titled “Compost Bin” The science fest was extended to the Jr. College section as well. Overall it was a wonderful experience for the hosts and the teams that participated in the grand event.
