It’s said that ‘ Beauty lies in the eyes of Beholder’. A session on the topic ‘Fairness, Beauty and body image’ was arranged by St. John International School, Palghar for students of Grade VI and VII. It was conducted by Ms. Sonali Chakraborty, member of NIRABHRA . She gave numerous examples and videos to explain that beauty is in your behaviour, nature and not just in looks. Even dark skinned people are successful in life and reached at top. The students at age of adolescent usually feel low about their looks. She explained them about the cause of this and also to accept these changes with positivity. It was a very enthusiastic and interactive session.
