1) Students learned useful beauty techniques and acquired practical skills in sewing and crafting, creating their own functional and stylish bags.
Report on the Activity:
As part of Shiksha Saptah on Skilling and digital initiative day to promote personal well-being, self-care, and practical skills among students, St. John International School organised a Beauty and Wellness Workshop and Bag making workshop during Shiksha Saptah. The event aimed to enhance students’ knowledge in personal grooming and wellness while also developing their creativity and craftsmanship through bag-making skills.
This segment provided students with practical advice on personal grooming. Key activities included skincare routine, makeup application and personal grooming.
The bag making workshop began with an overview of the day’s activities and objectives. The instructor introduced the materials and techniques to be used in the session.
The Beauty and Wellness Workshop and the Bag Making Workshop during Shiksha Saptah were successful in achieving their objectives of promoting self-care, creativity and practical skills. The interactive and engaging nature of the workshops provided students with valuable knowledge and skills that will benefit their personal development and creativity.
