The Spell Bee Competition, held on 11th October 2024, was an exciting inter-class event aimed at enhancing students’ language skills. Participants from grades VI, VII, and VIII showcased their abilities in a fun and competitive environment, emphasising the importance of vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking.
The competition was structured into five rounds, each designed to assess different linguistic abilities:
- Spellings
- Homophones
- Antonyms
- Identify the Word from the Meaning
- Dictionary Search
Students were divided into four groups: SUN, MOON, EARTH, and VENUS. Each group collaborated enthusiastically, applying their knowledge in a supportive and competitive atmosphere.
The Spell Bee Competition saw enthusiastic participation from all students. Under the guidance of Mr. Sudhakar and Mrs. Hitakshi, participants demonstrated remarkable skill and teamwork. The event not only tested their language abilities but also instilled a love for words and reading among them.
